This brand was started by Brandon, an young Asian American gentleman who grew up in a traditional household. He loves waking up to the sweet scent of his grandma's baking every morning. His grandma always packs him, his favorites home-made cookies into a traditional bento box for him. As time went by he decided to shared his grandma's secret cookies with the world, called Bento Box Cookies.

Buon Giorno Italia:
Buon Giorno Italia, a cherished part of the Twin Cities community since the early 2000s, has embarked on a journey to rediscover its identity in a marketplace crowded between big chains like Prego and smaller, locally-owned sauce shops. The focus is on rebranding their refreshing marinara pasta sauce, seeking a new, recognizable identity that mirrors their passion for authentic taste and traditional Italian flavors.
The name "Buon Giorno" itself, translating to "good morning" in Italian, symbolizes the breadth of their work. This rebrand aims to revive and rekindle the true, authentic taste of Italian pasta. To achieve this profound new look, certain design aspects need highlighting. The new identity will capture the essence of Buon Giorno Italia's commitment to delivering an authentic Italian culinary experience, setting it apart in the market and inviting customers to savor the richness of their traditional marinara sauce.

The evolution we sought for our brand required a focused direction emphasizing craftsmanship and passion. To establish new brand standards that would guide all future marketing materials, my peers and I decided to embark on a collaborative effort, tackling this project together.
This joint venture aimed to infuse our brand with a renewed sense of purpose and identity. By combining our diverse skills and perspectives, we could collectively shape a cohesive vision that reflected the craft and passion we wished to communicate. Through this collaboration, we aspired to create a strong foundation for the brand's future, ensuring that our marketing materials would consistently embody the values of craftsmanship and passion moving forward.

The design challenge that I face, was figuring how to make this design look vintage, simple and classic. Luckily only request from the client was the visual must include small batch. We utilized the red and green colors to draw references to the Italy flag and kept it original by illustrating veggies per corresponding labels. My goal is to help Buon Giorno Italia develop a new look that will increase their profit and visually convey the true taste of their motherland. I hope the newly repackage design will perform well in local stores and on online platforms such as, Amazon, Shopify, etc. My creations will perfect the products' visual so they can stand out and ATTRACT BOTH OLD AND NEW POTENTIAL BUYERS. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other adobe software were used in order to achieve the best results.
